Background

Loftus engaged with Shaw and Smith in January 2018.
Initially to see if Loftus could assist Shaw and Smith with some internet and connectivity challenges they were having with speeds and outages, due predominantly to location.
Shaw and Smith understood that internet consistency and speed were crucial, and were willing to invest in a full study to understand the best approach to overcome this ongoing challenge.
At the same time, the Shaw and Smith Board also identified investment in technology as a key strategic initiative to continue the success of the brand.

Discovery

This collaboration and deliverable laid the platform for Loftus to further engage in building the technology foundation that Shaw and Smith so badly needed.

Outcome

Today Loftus delivers a fully end to end managed service to one of the most reputable premium wine brands in Australia.
